This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.
Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:

These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders shipped to the United States, and United Kingdom.
Any shipping costs are already built into our pricing where applicable, so customers will not see a separate shipping charge at checkout for these supported markets.
International Shipping
At this time, our store is configured to sell primarily to the United States, and United Kingdom.
We do not guarantee shipping availability outside these markets.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct, including:

Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages. Printify notes that address requirements vary by destination and that missing required information can result in the order being returned to sender.
Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned because of:

an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer,

multiple failed delivery attempts,

or refusal of delivery,
we may offer reshipment, but additional charges may apply.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@thepawfy.com and include:

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
