Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many products are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services to you. However, any sales or purchases you make in our store are made directly with The Pawfy, not with Shopify.
